Telecommunicator Basic 40-Hour School (IHCC)

These 40-hour telecommunicator training schools are designed to meet the requirements mandated for basic telecommunicator training within the first year of employment. Training will provide the knowledge and skills necessary for telecommunicators to perform their duties professionally, efficiently and effectively.  The first day of this class does not start until 8:30 am to allow students to arrive at their destination.

If you have a laptop or other device that can support a USB Drive, Microsoft Word and PDF documents, please bring one to class.

Please note that meals are not provided at the Academy.

Agency will be invoiced after the class. ILEA does not accept pre-payment at this time.
