Proficiency Standards: Volunteer Instructors must be proficient in Officer Safety, Felony Stops and both Driver and Passengers side approaches. We are hoping to connect Field Certified Instructors to assist us at the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy with guest instructors for our basic classes. All events will take place at the Newton Speedway, with the exceptions of Gravel and Night Driving.
