About the Training:
This one-day class is designed to provide participants with updated knowledge, tactics and techniques that will prepare them to train end users in the deployment and use of kinetic energy impact projectiles and distraction devices. **Registrants MUST have full Less Lethal Instructor certification.**
This will extend a valid Less Lethal Instructor Certification for three years, expiring 12/31/2027.
Required Equipment
- Duty gear normally utilized when deploying Less Lethal Munitions/Distraction Devices
- Body Armor Required (Concealable or Tactical Vest)
- Eye and Ear Protection
- Flame-resistant gloves
- Gas mask
- Handcuffs to include key
- Gas Launcher 37mm / 40mm (Mandatory) One or Both
- Less Lethal Shotgun
Prerequisites:
Each attendee must be in good physical condition and able to perform the practical exercises associated with tactical applications with the use of these products
Cost: $300
Agency will be invoiced after the event. ILEA does not accept pre-payment at this time.
